Student Groups

There are a number of student organizations at University of North Carolina at Charlotte. The university features a variety of student journals, magazines, and newspapers. The campus also includes several fraternities, sororities and secret societies. Below is a list of entrepreneurial organizations available to undergraduate and graduate students at UNC Charlotte.


  • AIM
    To provide students with business, technology, and networking knowledge to encourage entrepreneurial education on campus.
  • ALPFA
    ALPFA develops the next generation of Latino professionals via experiential leadership development and mentoring from senior corporate executives, whom we empower into the C-suite and onto corporate boards. ALPFA is also a proven growth accelerator for Latino entrepreneurs, helping them to build networks, access capital, and scale much more rapidly by opening the door to significant business opportunities with our more than 200 Fortune 500 partners.
  • Alpha Kappa Psi
    Alpha Kappa Psi is UNC Charlotte’s only Co-Ed Professional Business Fraternity. Established in 1968, the Eta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi is based on the core values of Brotherhood, Knowledge, Integrity, Service, and Unity.
